Pay up front for all orders.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Seller will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
Customer has right to any revisions during sketch phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change).
Any major changes after the art is in later stages, will cost 30% of the full price.
Must be paid in US $ or EUROS.
Customer can ask for a refund on orders that are not started, and partial refund depending on how much of the art has been done.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
I can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

BACKGROUNDS & SCENES
I currently do not offer full drawn and painted scenes. However I can offer you:
✦ Characters integrated within screenshots - along with edits to the screenshot
✦ Simple stylized or silhouette backgrounds
✦ Any kind of color or gradient for FREE, as well as a PNG if you wish to add your own.PRICING
The price will be discussed with you and will be crafted to your budget and desires. All prices will to some degree be custom. The offered prices are just vague guidelines and prices can go up and down depending on the subject of the art.PAYMENT
1. You will be sent an invoice for the payment. Due to the laws of my country, payment will be done through a relative of mine. This means that it might take a day or two until you receive the invoice. Thank you for your understanding!
2. Work will only start once I confirm that payment was received by the relative who handles the finances.
3. We can agree on some kind of split payment for whatever reason, but this is something to be discussed individually with every commissioner.PRODUCT DELIVERY
Product will be delivered digitally, on the platform of choice from the commissioner. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to save and backup your product. I will not be holding the products for longer than that, so I cannot be held accountable for any loss of product after delivery.CANCELLATIONS
Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to Customer.
Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
